HPA: The Catalyst offers multiple opportunities for physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and students to develop their leadership, administration and management skills to achieve their professional goals.
The LAMP Institute for Leadership in Physical Therapy is focused on leadership development through structured self-assessments of strengths and weaknesses, identification of tools needed to lead successfully, empowerment, and mentoring through applied leadership development projects. These offerings are valuable for all PT professionals (PTs and PTAs) practice owners, clinicians, educators, researchers, and students who want to develop their leadership effectiveness.
