Leading Others: Adaptive & Transformational Leadership in Physical Therapy (C2) is the second in a series of leadership courses intended to develop leadership skills and professionalism in physical therapists.

Pre-requisites: Successful completion of the C1 course and progress toward completion of an Intermediate Independent Leadership Project (IILP).

Pre-conference work is also required for C2. Instructions will be available to registrants for the pre-conference work by March 1st.

In this advanced leadership program, participants will continue to explore, deepen and strengthen the development of their leadership skills to lead others effectively, while in formal and informal leadership situations. Adaptive and transformational leadership approaches will be featured. Our "Leadership Labs" will be introduced and participants will have the chance to showcase progress made on their IILPs, gaining valuable input from colleagues and mentors.
