APTA LogoThe Section on Health Policy & Administration (HPA) is a component of the American Physical Therapy Association, a national professional organization representing more than 72,000 members. Its goal is to foster advancements in physical therapy practice, research, and education.

Membership in HPA is restricted to individuals who are members of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and meet APTA's eligibility requirements. Individuals may join the Section at the same time they join APTA or they may join the Section at a later date.

Renew APTA Membership - Click the link at left to go directly to the membership renewal form on APTA's website (be sure to select "Membership Renewal")

Join the Section - If you are already an APTA member, use this link to add the Section on Health Policy & Administration to your APTA component memberships. Select "Add a Section" from the list of options under the "Current Members" header.

Join one of HPA's Special Interest Groups (SIGs) - Note that you MUST be a current HPA member in order to join one or both of the Special Interest Groups. Click a link below to sign up for a SIG.
