Your username  is your APTA Member ID, which can be found on your APTA membership card. If you can't find or don't know this number, you may obtain it from APTA's Service Center or Membership Department by calling 1-800-999-2782.

Your password is your lastname exactly as it appears in your APTA membership record. Please note that this field is case sensitive and that the first letter of your last name (password) is generally capitalized.
