CSM 2019 Student Scholarships

HPA is proud to offer 1 PTA and 2 DPT students scholarships to CSM 2019! Submit your application today!   

 

Submission Deadline: Sept. 13, 2018 

Application: All application materials will be submitted on a form at the bottom of this page. Those with the most relevant qualifications will be selected and be notified via e-mail.. Those selected will be given a check at CSM 2019 at the HPA business meeting to cover the cost of their early-bird registration .

Scholarship details: To cover the cost of early-bird registration for the Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) January 23-26, 2019 – Washington, DC. Scholarship winners will be paired with an HPA member in leadership and will virtually meet via phone, email, Skype or FaceTime before CSM. Students and mentors will attend an HPA programming session of their choice together, attend the poster or platform presentations sponsored by HPA The Catalyst, and attend the HPA Business Meeting/Global Health Reception. Additionally, students will write a reflective article on the experience with their mentor for the Resource.

 

DPT Student Physical Therapist Scholarships (2)

Student must be an HPA member
Student must be a first, second, or third year DPT student
Student must submit the following in the application here

  • Brief statement (no more than 1 page) clearly articulated personal and professional goals which are specific and objective.
  • Clearly articulate how HPA would be a resource in achieving goals.

Use effective writing techniques including but not limited to proper grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.

  • Professional resume
  • 1 letter of recommendation from a PT or professor
     

PTA Student Scholarship (1) 
Student must be an HPA member
Student must be a first or second year PTA student
Students must submit the following to the application here
