Register for February's Journal Club Meeting

Join your fellow members of the HPA to further explore articles published in the PTJ-PAL. We will take a deeper look at two articles:

Questions to think about:

  1. Thoughts on the design of each study and how they relate.
  2. Did you personally experience less engagement or more engagement while in school?
  3. What effect did your debt burden have on your career choices?
  4. What effect did/does you debt burden have on your engagement?
  5. Are you more satisfied with your career with increased professional engagement?
  6. Do you see a link in clinical care to more and less engaged staff? Do you see a link in clinical care to more or less debt burden?
  7. How do we increase engagement among our coworkers who feel limited by debt burden?
