1. How do we reconcile the day to day clinical needs and current payor framework with the current  Code of Ethics? How would we under one similar to the proposal in this article?

2. Can we identify leaders for new grads  to learn ethical practice within our (personal) current practice spaces? who would we look to online?

3. How do we advocate in large systems vs  small clinics for a change in ethical standards?

4. What does the conversation look like from a administrator vs from a clinician?
