EDMI Webinar Series

CMS' EMDI Initiative has initiated the EMDI Webinar Series to provide an informative and interactive platform for healthcare stakeholders who are interested in adopting interoperable workflows. In particular, the EMDI Initiative is focused on assisting Acute and Post-Acute providers in achieving interoperability when exchanging medical documentation between providers.
By participating in this webinar, Healthcare Stakeholders will learn about:

The EMDI Webinar is spread out over three days in a single week to increase the ability to participate. Each webinar will host topics that relate to the EMDI Initiative. Interested healthcare stakeholders can participate in all or just one of the webinar meetings in the week-long series. The EMDI Webinar Topics are split into three days as listed below: (Note: Day 2 and 3 will have a simplified EMDI Overview topic at the beginning of the Webinar)

Complete the Telehealth PT Patient Satisfaction Survey

Check out this Telehealth PT Patient Satisfaction survey! Check out the Spanish version CLICK HERE!

Give this to your patients. Learn more about your customers/patients. Please share results with your state chapter, the APTA and the HPA Tech SIG so we can advocate, even more, for the ability for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide Telehealth services when appropriate.

APTA would like to encourage PTs and PTAs to share their stories about using telehealth during this COVID-19 pandemic. Please consider sharing this link with others and urging them to share their story on APTA Engage

These are two great ways to make a positive difference for our profession.

The purpose of the SIG is to provide a forum where persons having a common interest in technology may meet, confer, and promote these interests. Technology includes telehealth, computer based documentation, internets, intranets, clinical equipment controlled or operated via computers, and computer based instruction. Telehealth is providing or supporting clinical care at a distance, distributing education for professionals and the public, conducting research, and managing administrative components of health services.
